What This Website Knows About You
A request form, a phone line, and one visitor counter. Nothing hidden under the lid.

The request form. Your name, a number, the part of the county you're in, what you need, and any details — last pump date, whether the lid is buried, what the drains are doing. The form emails that to us; we use it to call you back with a time and a price. Nobody else gets it, and there's no mailing list for it to end up on.
The phone. Calls to (931) 367-2893 may be recorded and transcribed, so what you tell us about the tank is written down as you gave it and so we can check how the call was handled. Tennessee counts one party's consent as enough; Kentucky, for callers around Oak Grove, does too. If you'd rather not be recorded, the form brings the same callback without the recording.
The counter. Google Analytics, and only Google Analytics, measures this site — visits, which pages, taps on the phone link — and it tells one visitor from another with cookies of its own, and it isn't used for advertising. There's no ad pixel on the site, nothing that retargets, no chat widget and no second tracker.
What we don't take
Card or bank details, passwords, accounts — none of it. Nothing is paid for on this website; the crew settles up at the job. The company hosting these pages and the phone carrier behind the number keep whatever routine logs they keep, under their own policies.
